How we handle information submitted through Search Takeover.
Information you provide
If you request a report, we collect your name, email address, optional business name, Takeover target, self-assessment answers, resulting score and whether you opted into updates. We use this information to send your requested report and respond to relevant enquiries.
Optional marketing
Marketing updates require a separate opt-in. You may withdraw consent by replying to an email and asking to unsubscribe. Requesting a report does not require marketing consent.
Service providers and storage
When enabled, the report service uses a transactional email provider to deliver the report and a notification to the website operator. The website does not automatically establish a separate CRM database. Any future CRM or newsletter integration should be documented here before activation.
